Jamaal - you solved the issue with the baseball, by turning it. Easy, and brilliant! I see some last issues on panel 2, and in one other place:
ReplyDelete1. Consider using white color for the listing against the blue box of “Things to Do”. Right now there is a low contrast between type and background.
2. Because the little heading (Things to Do) in that spot is a smaller pt size (and condensed font) than the listing font - I wonder if you might make an intentional emphasis on the heading - and color that blue against a white area at the top of the box? So - the background is 2 toned: white at the very top behind the heading, and blue behind the list.
3. Top 5 red heading: The white outline around the type may not be thick enough because it seems quite weak as it is currently. Did you try a bolder font also?
4. Upside down I notice the heading “Center” all alone on its line below Miami Beach Convention. This leaves long fingers of neg space on either side. It appears that you are emphasizing the word “Center”. Can you soft/return the word Convention down? Does that look better? Can you add some words like “Miami Beach Convention Center Welcomes You!”… or something to help fill out that second line.
Does anyone see anything else? More suggestions?
