Mount Wachusett Community College, in Gardner MA offers a 2-year program for Graphic and Interactive Designers (GID program). The final course in the GID program helps students assemble and present their best work produced in the program. This looks more improved but one thing I would do is change from an angled text back to 0 degrees.There is some empty space the text could fill in towards the top right. Overall your business card is coming out nice.
The angle was worth a try, but I agree that it probably isn't needed and leaves awkward space. Better to straighten and place this chunk of type in the middle of the negative space, but keep it FL as it is. Are you sure you like that serif font? This design is pretty contemporary, so maybe a nice sans serif would be better. Using bold for "Graphic Designer" and a lighter face for the contact info.
