I made some revisions to both Projects for the magazine I made some minor changes to some of the type and I changed the size of the bar code. I did add a fifth page which I could use some feedback on so let know what you think. As for Organic Press I made the Logo more readable on the site and made some minor tweaking to other elements.
I like this new version of the website; now that you can see the logo. Also like that you added the mission statement then leads into the rest of the page. The magazine is an improvement. This cover is better and the barcode is no longer the focal point and making the blurbs more of the focus. I'm not sure putting the mission statement on the inside cover of a magazine would be best maybe at the end. I would probably would used an ad from a scuba company or maybe save the sea animal ad or something since the magazine is about diving. And you lose the image with the grey box surround the text next to the context page, so I would lower the opacity so that you can the ocean , but still able to read the mission. The spread came out great; has a nice movement from the big green text leading to the bottom, then to the next page.
ReplyDeleteIm with Jamaal on the logo, I think it looks more readable than it did before. I like how you added another page next to the contents page and also kept the same theme. The yellow outline really allows everything to come together and shows consistency.
